REFUNDS & RETURNS


Our refund and return policy (before delivery or installation and upon FULL PAYMENT) is valid for 3 days on a case-by-case basis. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.


We do not entertain any refunds or returns after installation is completed/scheduled.


Change of mind is valid only before installation has been scheduled and would be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Change of mind requests will not be considered.


If your request is approved by our management, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with a receipt or proof of purchase, in order to be eligible for a return.



EXCHANGES

PROTECTIONS OF OUR RIGHTS

We understand that certain periods of the months might be financially trying for some customers. Hence we allow partial payment upon installment of products. If payment is not received 3 days after installment despite several reminders, we reserve the rights to dismantle and retrieve our installed item without any notifications.
